Job Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Venn Technology must demonstrate core competencies by assisting in problem-solving, gathering information to understand client needs, and helping to generate practical solutions under the guidance of more senior team members. Responsibilities

  • Own the post-sale customer relationship within a defined region building Trusted Advisor relationships with our key contacts

  • Design success plans for your Portfolio of strategic and Scale customers throughout their lifecycle. From onboarding and implementation through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal, you will guide your customer down the path of success every step of the way to reach their business objectives.
  • Manage the renewal business for customers by ensuring accurate quoting and delivery of renewal quotes
  • Proactively executing Success Plans and ensuring customers receive value on an ongoing basis
  • Mitigate support related issues before they arise
  • Act as the voice of the customer providing feedback to internal teams and contribute to process improvement

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  •  1-3 years of experience in customer-facing sales, customer success, enablement, or similar roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills that allow you to assess opportunities for process improvement.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to succeed and embody a growth mindset in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen with exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail plus the ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements and opportunities with frequently changing priorities.
  • Must be a self-starter with strong organization skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in application integration and/or consulting
  • Experience with ERP/Financial accounting systems
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficient in Google G-Suite

Location

We are hiring for a full-time consultant to be located within our Grapevine, Texas office. Relocation compensation is not available. The position will require occasional travel to visit client sites within the DFW metroplex and other cities across the US.
