Job Description

We go the extra mile. We do the right thing. Always. As a Venn Implementation Specialist, your role is to ensure that our clients’ integration products are implemented successfully. Within the scope of work, you will tailor the software accordingly to align with the clients’ business processes, guiding the clients on the use of their integrations, and be an in-house expert on how Venn implements its products. The Implementation Specialist is responsible for our short implementation life-cycles, from kickoff and upfront strategy & planning to technical implementation, testing, launch and support.

Responsibilities: 

  • Implementation of Venn's productized integrations.
  • Develop trusted relationships with clients
  • Establishing new processes around implementing products
  • Identification of optimization opportunities with product implementation for product enhancement and additional business opportunities with the client
  • Scope management - Keep a project in alignment with our shared established expectations
  • Overview the product’s features and basic use with the client.
  • Designing and overseeing user acceptance testing 
  • Ability to translate between technical team and non-technical customer 
  • Conducts all project management tasks to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals are achieved
  • Identify and capture potential enhancements with our product team and grow opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Support customers briefly after go-live and handoff to our full-time support staff to create satisfied and referenceable customers, and ensure 100% retention
  • Develop knowledge base of the product portfolio

Skills & Qualifications

  • One of the two:
    • Bachelor's degree in computer-related field (IT, CS, CE, etc) and 3 years working with SaaS software
    • 5 years of working with SaaS software and small/mid-size business experience
  • Cursory understanding of software development and how integrations work (we do not expect this person to be a developer, but needs to understand the work)
  • Creative problem-solver
  • Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and expectation management
  • Experience with typical business software & processes, especially quote to cash workflows
  • Nice to have: Several years of software implementation experience

About the Product work:

  • The nature of this work is fast-paced as our product implementations projects last about a month to complete and hand off to support. There will be variety in the work, with clients served and multitasking with the management of multiple implementations at a time.

Location

We are hiring for a full-time team member to be located within our Grapevine, Texas office. Relocation compensation is not available. The position will require occasional travel to visit client sites within the DFW metroplex and other cities across the US.
