We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Finance and Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations.

The Temporary Finance & Operations Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our operational processes, with a focus on accounts receivable (AR) assistance and various finance-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Generation & Management


  • Generate and send various types of invoices, including those for closed-won deals, post-paid services, time and materials, service plan overages, and more.
  • Ensure accurate invoice processing and follow up on outstanding invoices.

Payment Logging and Financial Processing

  • Check bank accounts daily, log payments in Intacct, and manage ACH payments and check scanning.
  • Log Stripe payments in Intacct and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Assist with cash collection estimates and revenue logging.

Financial Reporting 

  • Running sales commissions and processing commission payments.
  • Maintain partner payment processes and run monthly payment reports.

Office and Shipping Tasks

  • Manage shipping tasks as needed, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as checking the mail and organizing office supplies.

Qualifications

  • College diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business administration or a related field are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools such as Asana, Intacct, and Salesforce.
  • Prior experience in finance or office management is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.

Location

We are hiring for our Grapevine, Texas office. Relocation compensation is not available. This position is in office.
