Check out today’s Venn in 60 Seconds for Scott Hollrah’s take: Boy, this is a big topic. And we have LOTS to say about it, but per usual, our advice starts with a lot more questions. Like, what kind of work do you want to do? Do you want to work for a large consulting firm, a mid-sized company, or a boutique? What kind of clients do you want to have? What kind of projects do you want to work on. With a little research to understand what your long-term career looks like, it’s important to start getting experience and eventually some certifications. The best place to start is to create a free account with [Salesforce’s Trailhead platform](https://trailhead.salesforce.com), a sandbox where you can play around, blow it up, and nothing bad will happen. They’ll even grade your work and give you feedback on how to improve. Once you have some experience, give us a call.
